This Education Pack ‘Glass In The Classroom’ has been compiled to inform young people of the possibilities of working with the fascinating medium of glass, highlight pathways for glass making as a potential career and increase the visibility of our craft and community. We have included sections on all things glass, including how to source practitioners to run workshops, or learn how to organise simple glass fusing classes. We have
information on kiln use, where to study glass at third level colleges and different
funding opportunities on the island of Ireland. It has been interesting putting this
