Alison Byrne (b.1985) is an artist and educator. She graduated from Wolverhampton College of Art Uk with a BA in Glass Design. Her postgraduate study was at Bournemouth and Poole College Uk, where she graduated with a distinction in hot glass techniques. Based in Dublin she works at the Block T studios where she makes stained glass and print based projects to commission. Alison is the founder of WildBird Studio which produces a range of giftware and lighting for the domestic market. She runs short classes for local communities and individuals to experience and develop personal projects using stained glass techniques.
